The World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) returned to Doha this year 2025, for the much-anticipated Global Round. Hosted at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) from June 12–17th, the International Academic Festival brought together over 1,800 students from 30 countries, uniting bright young minds for a week of intellectual challenge, cultural exchange, and global friendship.
Our school being a hub of intellectuals, open and eager minds was not left behind as we presented 3 teams; two Junior teams and one Senior one. The three teams performed quite well and the senior team made it to theTournament of Champions that will be held in New York’s Yale University from 6 th – 12 th November 2025.
Apart from that the students had the opportunity to experience the magic of as they engaged in fun activities like;
  • The Doha Quest where they engaged in fun activities including the rollercoaster, aero flip, gravity swing, virtual reality experience among others.
  • Trip to Qatar National Museum where they were shown an art gallery, vintage cars section, cultural heritage audio-visual room and the political history section. Scholars had an opportunity to learn more about Qatar’s heritage,culture, economic development, history and political system.
  • Lastly they had fun rides at Qatar’s coastal desert and a desert Safari tour in Doha’s famous sand dunes.
