This term, we hosted the vibrant and impactful event that not only celebrates diverse cultures but also promotes environmental awareness among students—the French Day and Earth Day celebrations showcased the school community’s commitment to broadening cultural horizons and fostering sustainable practices.

The French Day celebration allowed students to dive into the richness of the French language and Art. This encouraged a sense of global citizenship as it provided an immersive way for students to learn about French culture while improving their language skills.

On the other hand, the Earth Day celebration aimed at educating and motivating students about environmental responsibility. Students engaged in several eco-friendly projects, such as creating art from recycled materials and designing posters conveying important messages about environmental protection.

These creative projects not only sparked discussions about waste reduction but also allowed students to express their vision for a better planet. This was later crowned by awarding the winners of the Art competition held earlier in the same week, a food sale, and a raffle sale event, both aimed at raising money for charity.
